With a partner...
For time:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 Power Snatches (65/95#)
10 Overhead Walking Lunges (65/95#)
1 Rope Climb, 15-ft. rope 

Coaches notes:
Athletes will use a "you go, I go" format to complete the reps.
Athlete 1 completes 5 Power Snatches, Athlete 2 completes 5 Power Snatches...10...10...1 rope climb, 1 rope climb....etc for 15 minutes.
