The pork noodles at Restoran Sun Sea / OUG 山海茶餐室is the hubby's favorite kopitiam to go to for the best pork and seafood noodles in the world. I kid you not. There's something about this stall's pork noodles that makes it stand out from the rest. You really got to try the pork noodles to tell the difference yourself. Be prepared for the crowd though, so be early in the morning. Also, when you're early you'll find a table inside the kopitiam, else you'll have to sweat it out under the sun outside the kopitiam. You can also bring along your tiffin carrier to 'tapau' the noodles to enjoy in the comforts of your own home.

And be prepared for the cruddy surroundings in and around the kopitiam 👆. Be careful when you walk as the kopitiam floors are often wet.
Just close both your eyes to the scuzzy conditions; stash some some wet wipes / disinfectant wipes in your bag to clean the table and chairs and wait patiently for your out-of-this-world bowl of pork and seafood noodles! That's what I do.
As I'm typing this post, my tummy is already rumbling, looking at the pix here that I took several weeks ago.
Hubs 'kar liu' (added ingredients) to our bowl of pork noodles. We shared this bowl, which has generous amount of minced pork, prawns, lala, pork intestines, cabbage, lard and an egg.
There's also a curry noodles stall in this kopitiam with pretty delightful curry noodles.
Does this convince you to wake up early in the morning to make a trip to this pork noodles stall? Give it a try and I wager that you'll love the noodles and will feel replete and totally satisfied.
